* The Zoo is open daily from 9.30am to 5.00pm. with the last admission at 3.30pm. Please be sure to check back on the morning of the day you are going to visit because the zoo's hours are subject to change
* The Zoo is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
* Children (age 0-2) can enter for free and do not require a ticket
* Smoking/vaping is forbidden
* The following items and activities are prohibited in the Zoo: soft- and hard-sided coolers, outside food and alcoholic beverages, plastic straws and lids, selfie sticks, weapons, bicycles, skateboards, and other recreational wheeled devices
* Pets are not allowed in the zoo (other than service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act). Please do not leave your pet in your vehicle
