Where you'll meet
In the case you arrive by car, you can leave your car at the paid parking vis a vis the ZOO, next to Hala Stulecia.You can easily get to the ZOO using public transport (take tram numbers 1,2,4,10, or buses numbers 145 or 146). During high season (April through September) it is also possible to enter the ZOO from the side of the Odra River, through Brama Japońska.

Important information
* There is no limit to visitors to the zoo but in the pavilions, and the Afrykarium, the number of visitors is managed by a security guard
* Please wear casual clothes, adapted to the weather, and keep in mind that the pavilions are heated
* An audioguide is available in the Afrykarium but not included in this ticket, you can purchase the audio guide on the spot for 10 PLN which you can pay by card or cash (PLN)
* The concession ticket is valid for children aged 3 to 7 years, and primary or high school students up to 21 years
* Children under the age of 3 can join for free and do not require a ticket
