Accessibility:
* Thevenue and observation wheel are fully wheelchair accessible
Not allowed:
* Pets are welcome in outdoor areas but not in the gondolas. Only service animals (such as guide dogs for visually impaired guests) are permitted on the wheel
Know in advance:
* Each gondola can accommodate up to eight guests
* Children under 3 years old get free admission
* Please follow all safety instructions provided by the staff and displayed at the pavilion area throughout your ride
