Body rafting along Alcantara River

Experience the thrill of body rafting in the crystal-clear waters of the Alcantara River. Equipped with a wetsuit, helmet and life jacket, you will explore one of Sicily's most spectacular natural environments while moving through the famous Alcantara Gorges – a truly unforgettable adventure.The activity takes place inside the Alcantara Canyon and lasts around 2 hours. Accompanied by an experienced guide, you will make your way upstream for approximately 600 metres using river trekking techniques, without ropes or technical equipment. During the route you will walk through the riverbed, climb over rocks, jump into natural pools and swim short sections of the river.A basic level of water confidence is required, as part of the experience involves moving through flowing water. Throughout the activity you will be guided by a certified CONI professional, ensuring a safe and exciting adventure in one of Sicily's most unique landscapes.
