You'll indicate your pick-up address at checkout. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to departure. Kindly present your voucher to the driver.

* Pick-up time is between 8.00 am and 9.00 am, and drop-off time is between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm. The exact time will be confirmed by the local partner one day before the tour
* In case the participant does not appear at the pick-up point the reservation is considered invalid, and no refund may be authorised
* The use of the seat belt is mandatory
* A baby seat is required for safety reasons for infants ages 0-1 (please inform the local partner in advance if you need one). A child booster can be requested for ages 2-11
