Where you'll meet
You don't have to redeem your Hamburg CARD at Tourist Information. Just print your booked Hamburg CARD or Integrate the Hamburg Card into the app, using the booking number or the QR code.

Know in advance:
* The individual ticket can be used by 1 adult and up to 3 children (ages 0-14)
* Ticket options: 1-day ticket, 2-day ticket, 3-day ticket, 4-day ticket, 5-day ticket
* Free use of buses, trains, and harbour ferries in the Hamburg Transport Association (HVV). Valid for Hamburg fare rings AB, including Airport
* Valid until closing of business (at 6.00 am on the following day) on the days you booked, for as many rides as you like in 2nd class
* Groups always have to travel together when using public transport in order to use the Hamburg CARD as your valid transportation ticket
