Where you'll meet
Show your voucher at the ticket office of Gent-Watertoerist (white and red stripes) before boarding. The jetty is located on the GRASLEI (near house number 7).
Important information
Know in advance:
* the live commentaries are in Dutch, English and French. The text commentaries are in Spanish, Italian and German
* from 1st April till 15th October, the boat departs between 11:00 till 18:00 (every 20 minutes). From 16th October till 31st March between 11:00 till 16:00 (every 30 minutes)
