* Guided tours of the museum are not included but can be purchased at the ticket counter for € 3 per person
Know in advance:
* Guided tours are available at 12.30 pm in English, 11.00 am and 2.00 pm in German
* Guided tours are approximately 1 hour
* Maximum of 25 persons per guided tour
* Audioguides are offered in English, German and Italian. There is also a media guide in Austrian Sign Language
* Children and Youths (age 0-18) can enter the museums for free - free tickets are issued at the museum's ticket counter
* Opening hours:
* April 1 – October 31, 2025: Tue–Sun and public holidays, 10 a.m.–6 p.m
